Used botanicals  Nine types: juniper berry, eggplant, yam, ginger, cucumber, heves, summer hinata, coriander, glove. “Yuzu”, “Sky, Wind, and Earth”, which is a sign of Kyoya Sake Brewery. Nine carefully selected botanicals were used.
