Pearl – Kimoto Tokubetsu Junmai-shu 720ml
A special junmai sake made from Miyagi Prefecture sake rice, Kuranohana and Toyonishiki.
With its rich flavor and moderate acidity, this sake can be served either cold or warmed.
The soft mouthfeel from the aging process makes it ideal as a mid-meal sake.
We recommend a temperature range of room temperature to 60℃. It can be served cold or warmed up, and is also delicious warmed up from a higher temperature range.
It is a favorite sake for connoisseurs.
Sake that goes well with meat dishes in general, such as yakitori and steak, and fatty sashimi.
