Tofu Sushi Pockets


Ten units of fried tofu pockets.

Each 75/55 mm.

Tofu pockets stuffed with sushi rice:


300 grams of rice for sushi

A spoonful of mirin/sugar

A pinch of salt

A tablespoon and a half of sushi vinegar


Mix a tablespoon of sugar or mirin with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon and a half of sushi vinegar.

Pour the mixture over the rice immediately when it is ready and hot.

Filling the dumplings:

Gently pinch both sides of the dumplings to open them.

Fill each pocket with 30 grams of sushi rice.

Add sesame seeds or purikaka (wasabi chips) on top.
