Sora & Kaze & Daichi Genshu

This shochu has been brewed with rice koji which is carefully polished from brewer’s rice for refined sake, called ‘Yamada Nishiki’.

This shochu is brewed using Beni Kotobuki (sweet potatoes) from Miyazaki Prefecture that are fermented leisurely in traditional large ceramic pot.

This is an authentic sweet potato shochu which unites the rich flavors with umami form the oriinal spirits and its crisp texture.
