This special junmai sake is made from 100% Miyagi Miyamanishiki rice grown by local contract farmers.
This special junmai sake is brewed with ginjo yeast.
It has a gorgeous aroma but a light sweet yet refreshing taste. 15°C to room temperature is recommended.
Please enjoy its gorgeous aroma in a wine glass while enjoying its hoary sweetness and acidity.
We recommend dishes with a light flavor such as white fish, shellfish, squid, octopus sashimi, simmered dishes, and grilled fish.
